Catherine H. Tinsley, PhD is the executive director of GUWLI and an associate
professor at the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University, where
she teaches and conducts research in organizational behavior and negotiation.
Dr. Tinsley has conducted negotiations and dispute resolution training for MBA
and executive programs at numerous business schools, corporations, government
and non-governmental organizations in the United States and abroad. Dr. Tinsley
is a faculty affiliate of School for Advanced International Studies at John's
Hopkins University and of the Center for Peace and Securities Studies at the
Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service, Georgetown University. She is a Zaeslin
Fellow at the college of Law and Economics, University of Basel. She is on the
boards of the Conflict Management Division of the Academy of Management and the
International Association of Conflict Management.
