CRC policies, planning, and fiscal stability are guided by a 14-member Governing Board. The Board’s directive is to monitor CRC programs, review and approve proposed budgets and expenditures, advise the Director on policy matters, and assist with formulating the Center’s strategic plans. The Board is comprised of eight representatives from universities, government agencies, or research institutions across the U.S. who have research experience in financial services, and six representatives from the financial services industry. A listing of current Governing Board members appears below. Non-industry representatives to the Governing Board are appointed by the Dean of the McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University and serve three-year terms. Industry representatives are elected from the larger CRC Advisory Council.
