The Credit Research Center supports relevant activities by scholars
outside the Center. Several types of assistance are available for the
study of topics related to consumer credit or other retail financial
services. Funds are allocated based on the priorities established by
the Center's staff and governing board. A primary criterion for providing
assistance is the likelihood that a project will lead to the
publication of one or more articles in refereed professional journals. All recipients of Center research support will submit a paper to be
reviewed for inclusion in the Center's working paper series.
The Center supports external research in the following ways: Research Associate Program Data Collection Funding Conferences
