We believe the Euro has reached a plateau on its downward descent and will recover significantly in the near term. We believe, however, that this upward movement will be accompanied by significant volatility in the market. Given the current economic problems some of the key European countries face, as well as the uncertainty surrounding Y2K issues in Europe, we are highly uncertain about our view.
