Once on TheIce hompage, click market data and generate a menu:

In the market data menu, click Report Center:

Choose among alternatives in the three drop down menus as indicated (for futures rather
than option choose the associated report alternative):

Choose the particular date, product, and venue (floor or electronic)

Data table loads, and scroll down to option(s), maturity and strike(s) of interest.

For futures (as noted above), choose the futures report.  All is same as options, except there is no floor trading, only electronic.
